Instructions for CD Purchase

1. Find your image numbers in the Motocross Gallery that you would like on your Photo CD. This number is on the bottom left of your image.
2. Write this number down to use on this order form.
3. Fill out the order form in full. Place the image numbers in the spaces below.
4. Sign the copyright agreement at the end of the form with your name.
5. Submit the form. You will recieve an invoice via Paypal confirming your order. Please pay this invoice. Your CD will be shipped within 7-10 business days from receiving payment.
