*Terms and Conditions* These terms and conditions apply to "Barn Shoots" and the images produced by L.A. Brown Photography. These terms and conditions are applied to the individual stated in the contract and does not grant rights to any other individual(s). The individual's rights to the images include but are not limited to reprinting, displaying in sales ads, stallion ads, websites, and promotional pieces of facility, self and/or horse. These rights DO NOT allow the individual to sell or trade images for any form of monetary (money) value. No retouching or manipulation of the image(s) may be done to change the appearance of the horse. Removal of an obstacle and/or background, cropping and color retouching are the sole changes that are allowed to be performed on the images. To do so will be an infringement of the Copyright Act of 1976. The individual does not have the right to distribute the images, in the form of a print or copy, to any other individual unless the image is incorporated in a promotional piece for the horse, self, and/or facility. It is required that all images be acknowledged as "photo by: Lindsay Brown" or "L.A. Brown Photography". All other members of the photo shoot; owner and/or buyer of the horse and all other third party members are not entitled to any images or licensing to any of the photographs taken by L.A. Brown Photography. Third party individuals may purchase prints or royalty free licensing. L.A. Brown Photography has the right to use, in any fashion and/or distribution, any or all of the images taken during the barn shoot.
